Are you interested in a summer camp program that is tailored towards preschoolers? Then come join Lerner’s preschool camp! You can join us for the entire summer, or on a week by week basis.

Lerner’s preschool camp is open to students 2 years old through 4 years old (If your child turns 5 before September 1st, they do not qualify to attend Lerner Preschool Camp).

Highlights: Lerner provides morning snack and students “swim” daily in the JCC Splash Pool!

Camp Discount for signing up for all 8 weeks:
8:00 AM – 1:00 PM – $100 off total summer cost
8:00 AM – 3:15 PM – $150 off total summer cost
8:00 AM – 5:30 PM – $200 off total summer cost

*this dismissal time is to accommodate families who have children in both Lerner Preschool Camp and Camp Shelanu.

Have an older child? Camp Shelanu at the JCC has summer camp for rising K-8th grade with daily swimming, aerial silks, bouldering wall, science, arts, sports, team-building, Jewish values and Israeli culture and more!  School’s Out camps for Preschool (3-5 year olds) and K-5th grades.

Weeks and Themes

Week 1: 6/15-6/19 - Inspired by... - 4 SPOTS LEFT

ONLY 4 SPOTS REMAININGWe’ll take art to a new level as we explore famous artists and take inspiration from their amazing works.  As soon as you register, we’re ready to Van Gogh!

Week 2: 6/22-6/26 - Remarkable Robots - 1 SPOT LEFT

ONLY 1 SPOT REMAINING:  Who doesn’t love these amazing machines?  Join us as we spend a week of exploring the world of remarkable robots, their parts, and how they work.  We’ll even create our very own robots with loose parts.

Week 3: 6/29-7/2 (Closed on Friday, July 3rd) - Happy Birthday USA! 4 SPOTS LEFT

ONLY 4 SPOTS REMAINING:  It’s time to party in honor of our great country.  We’ll spend this holiday week celebrating the U.S.A. with patriotic crafts, music, and food.  It’ll be red, white, and true blue fun.

Week 4: 7/6-7/10 - Wide World of Sports - FULL - If you register this week, you will be placed on a waiting list

FULL – If you register this week, you will be placed on a waiting list:  Let’s play ball…and lots of it.  From soccer to basketball and bowling to hockey, we’ll try our hands and feet at a variety of sports and learn what it means to be part of a great team…win or lose.

Week 5: 7/13-7/17 - Spectacular Science - 7 SPOTS LEFT

ONLY 7 SPOTS REMAINING:  One of our favorite weeks is back! Your children are sure to have a blast as our teachers, turned scientists, prepare five days of fun experiments and hands on enjoyment.

Week 6: 7/20-7/24 - Lego Lovers - 6 SPOTS LEFT

ONLY 6 SPOTS REMAINING:  Join us as we show our love for LEGOs.  Your children will have a blast as we think outside the box and find out all of the wonderful ways to use this favorite building toys.  And we won’t let go of LEGO’s until this week is over.

Week 7: 7/27-7/31 - Tie Dye Time! - 4 SPOTS LEFT

ONLY 4 SPOTS REMAINING:  Explore the groovy art of tie dye with a week of colorful activities.  We’ll try out both plant based and artificial dyes and use different methods to create bold patterns.  And if you send in a white shirt, we promise not to return it that way.

Week 8: 8/3-8/7 - Adventures with Pirates - 2 SPOTS LEFT

ONLY 2 SPOTS REMAINING: “X” marks the spot for an awesome pirate adventure.  We’ll sail the seven seas in search of treasure and hopefully, your child won’t have to walk the plank.  So, ‘arrr’ you ready for a week of pirate fun?
